I was very nervous before I arrived for two reasons: the extraction process and the covid-19 related fears. I was happy to see that there was no need for anxiety or stress once I arrived. The extraction itself went very fast and painless. The staff was very friendly and nice and they gave information at every step as to what was about to be done and I appreciate it. The booklet they gave after the procedure was very informative and I think avoids a lot of confusion and unnecessary worries for the patient. I am glad I was referred to this practice.
